Printable Version Dialog Box Properties

You can use the Printable Version dialog box to set the print settings to print the current report result to a PDF or HTML file. This topic describes the properties in the dialog box.

Current Report Tab

Select if you want to print the current report tab of the page report.

• Page Range
  Specify the range of the pages in the current report tab you want to print.
  • All
    Select to print all pages in the current report tab.
  • Current Page
    Select to print only the current page in the current report tab.
  • Pages
    Select and specify the page numbers and/or page ranges in the current report tab. Separate the page numbers and page ranges by commas.

Multiple Report Tabs

Select if you want to print multiple report tabs of the page report.

• Select Report Tabs
  Select the report tabs you want to print. If the report has only one report tab, it is selected by default.
• Move Up button
  Select to move the selected item higher in the list.
• Move Down button
  Select to move the selected item lower in the list.

Format

Specify the format in which you want to print the report result.

• PDF
  Select to print the report result to a PDF file.
• HTML
  Select to print the report result to an HTML file.

Apply

Select to open the result which you can print later.

Cancel

Select to close the dialog box without saving any changes.

Select to view information about the dialog box.
